I started in the company in March of 2021 in Moncton New Brunswick

I started working with paul Maxime Plante

I moved into the management role after working on the field for 6months and building a team in moncton of 6-8 guys! I progressed through the training program at an accelerated rate as I was making sure to focus and improve myself every single day! I was always hungry to learn and improve and every day was a reflection of that! The environment was so fun and friendly it really felt like a family too me and fell in love with the business when it no longer felt like work! Like every day I was building something along with my partners and mentors!

My favourite thing about the company is the ability to provide a better future for every new person coming in the doors! The fact that this business offers skills and pay possibilities no other entry level position would be able to in such an accelerated timeline and being able to teach people skills like interviewing, training and coaching is the thing that gets me excited every day for whatever challenges are ahead!
